Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping only within India. Orders within India are shipped & delivered within 4 to 8 working days. Delivery time may exceed depending on the locations and availability of the piece. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Shipping charges: 
A flat charge of Rs. 50/- will be applied to all prepaid  orders.   Fixed charged of Rupees  110/-  will be applied to all Cash on Dilvery Orders  (COD)

Delay in delivery :

Delay in delivery would happen due to uncertain circumstances such as an act of God (Rains, floods, Tsunami)  The delay would be informed to the  Customer through the  parcels tracking ID

Redirect orders:

We are unable to redirect orders once the products have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.

Shipping to multiple addresses:

Currently, each product can be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship the products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

Delivery time:

We do our best to deliver each item in your order within 5-10 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. We only ship through the following reputed courier agencies to ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

Tracking your order :

All the tracking information such as name of the courier service, the tracking id, phone number, timings, delivery time etc will be automatically shared through a message or an email only after the order is shipped.

The status of your order can be checked by using the same tracking link sent through message

Packaging has been tampered:

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer support on 9108215035  or email us at [email protected] mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you soon. If however, after taking receipt of the delivery if you observe packaging is tampered with or damaged, we will be unable to replace the same
